Dr. Freeland received her undergraduate degree in biomedical science from Texas A&M University in College Station. She continued her education by attending Barry University in Miami, graduating magna cum laude with her masters in biomedical science and her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Freeland completed her residency at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville, Texas.

As a board-certified physician in forefoot and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery, Dr. Freeland is an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine. She is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, Texas Podiatric Medical Association, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Bringing foot and ankle treatment to those in need is dear to Dr. Freeland’s heart. She participates in medical mission work in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. When not caring for patients, Dr. Freeland spends time with her family, friends, and attends Aggie football games in College Station.
